The Ethiopian Journal of Education and Sciences is a print journal officially launched in 2005. It is currently hosted by the College of Natural Sciences, Jimma University. It publishes scientific papers largely from the Science and education disciplines. The Journal Board is thus a mix of professionals from these multidisciplines.  The Journal's editorial team generally consists of Editorial Board members, the Managing Editor, and Subject (assistant) editors from various disciplines. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are subjected to rigorous peer review once they qualify the preliminary editorial check for conformity to the journal's scope, formats, and styles. At present, the Journal is a bi-annual publication with two issues being published per year (September and March). However, it could soon improve its publication frequency to triannual or quarterly.
