Abstract

The grade 12 national examination management approach is visibly a top national agenda of high school
students, their parents and teachers, the Ethiopian Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Educational
Assessment and Examinations Service (EAES), public universities, regional and city administration
education bureaus, and the public and government at large.
